PRIVACY NOTICE

I.- IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 8, 15, 16, 36, and other applicable articles of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, FEJAEN S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter Hotel Ambassador Mérida), located at Calle 59 # 546 x 68, Col. Centro, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, Postal Code 97000, informs you that it is responsible for obtaining and processing your personal data obtained due to your relationship with us.

II. PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of the foregoing, the personal data necessary to provide our service includes the following:

a) Identification Data: first name(s), last name(s), official identification, address, home, mobile, and/or work telephone number, marital status, signature, email address, gender, age, date of birth, nationality, name and contact information of third parties, occupation, name of workplace, position, and contact information.

b) Financial Data: payment method, cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date, security code, and a copy of the credit card.

c) Billing Data: name or company name, Tax ID (RFC), and tax address.

d) Preference Data: related to the room, services requested and/or reason for travel, travel preferences, hobbies, and opinions.

We obtain your personal data through the following means:

a) In person, when you provide it to one of our employees by filling out forms when checking in with us or at our reception desk. This also includes when you complete service satisfaction and feedback surveys.

b) Directly, when you provide it to us by telephone or electronically, by filling out the reservation form on our website, interacting on our social media, or through cookies or web beacons (see section VII), or via email.

c) Indirectly, when you provide your personal data to one of our suppliers, such as travel agencies, tour operators, or third parties that provide us with databases to support us during the reservation and marketing processes.

We also inform you that Hotel Ambassador Mérida does not collect personal data considered sensitive personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. For these purposes, sensitive personal data is understood to be personal data that affects the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose misuse could give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner.

III. PURPOSE

The data provided will be used, as applicable, for the following purposes:

Guest reception and registration.
Provision of lodging services.
Provision of restaurant services.
Provision of banquet services.
Provision of event planning services.
Provision of general tourism and commercial services.
Billing.
Processing credit and/or debit card payments for services provided by the Hotel.
Evaluations and surveys of service quality and satisfaction.
Sending promotional information, whether in print or electronically, related to the products and services offered by the Hotel.

In general, for the provision of services offered by Hotel Ambassador Mérida.

IV. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Hotel Ambassador Mérida will not sell your personal data to third parties. This data will be collected solely for the purpose of providing you with its services and carrying out the processes described in the preceding section. However, please be advised that the personal data collected may be transferred to entities within the same corporate group or those with which the company has entered into hotel operation, franchise, or similar agreements, and/or to third parties, whether national or foreign, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives for which said personal data was provided.

V. RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION.

In accordance with Article 28 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights), which are briefly explained below:

• Access: The right to access the personal data we hold about you, as well as to obtain information regarding the conditions under which your data is processed.

• Rectification: The right to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

• Cancellation: The right to request that we cancel the personal data we hold about you when you believe it is no longer valid.

Our data is not being processed in accordance with the principles and obligations established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.

• Right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when there is a legitimate reason or to prevent your data from being processed for specific purposes.

To exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition), you may request or revoke your previously granted consent for the processing of your personal data. In general, to ask any questions or file complaints regarding the processing of your personal data, or to learn if there are other options available (in addition to those established here) to limit the use or disclosure of your data, you must (i) submit a request regarding your personal data, in accordance with Articles 29 and 31 of the applicable law, to our Personal Data Protection Department, located at Calle 59 # 546 x 68, Col. VI. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

Your personal data collected by Hotel Ambassador Mérida will be duly protected in accordance with the security, administrative, technical, and physical provisions established in the Law and its Regulations to protect said personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or disclosure. This data will be processed under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, accountability, security, and confidentiality provided for in said Law and its Regulations.

VII. ELECTRONIC MEDIA AND COOKIES

A cookie is a data file that is stored on the hard drive of your computer or electronic communications device when you browse our website. It allows the exchange of status information between our site and your browser. This status information may reveal session identification, authentication, or user preferences, as well as any data stored by the browser regarding the website. Conversely, a web beacon is a visible or hidden image embedded within our website or email that can be used to monitor your behavior on these platforms. Hotel Ambassador Mérida reserves the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time to reflect the implementation of new regulations or internal policies. These changes will be made available through the following means: visible notices in our establishments, our website, or via email. If you do not agree with these modifications, you must send an email to reser@ambassadormerida.com requesting the deletion of your personal data.

If the Hotel Ambassador Mérida does not receive your express objection to the processing of your personal data in the manner and terms described above, it will be understood that you have given your consent.
