·                 Rates in Mexican pesos and include taxes.

·                 Rates per room / per night.

·                 Room rates do not include meals.

·                 Rates subject to change without notice.

·         Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours prior to arrival date and must be requested in writing to         email reser@ambassadormerida.com

·                 If after the date specified in the preceding paragraph cancellation, a charge of 10% be applied to the total reservation. In case of no show or total cancellation you will be penalized on the deposit or payment received to the amount of the first night. Cancellations must be requested in writing to reser@ambassadormerida.com

·                 For any change, either decrease or increase, must be notified within 48 hours before the date of entry.

·                 The check-in (input) is at 15:00 pm., And the check-out (output) is at 12:00.

·                 02 children up to 11 years were in the same room with adults free of charge, from 12 years are counted as adults.

·                 The maximum number of occupants in each room is 04, whether minors or adults.

·                 The payment may be in cash deposit or via interbank transfer for which data is sent to the bottom.

Once the reservation have made the corresponding deposit rates will be respected even having granted rate change later.

  When making your payment, we would appreciate the courtesy to send us a copy of the deposit slip with the data reservation key and visible stamp of the bank to be discharged in our system, and similarly confirm receipt of this document.
